Set SPECIFIC performance goals! Even when we “miss the mark” to meet the goal, it is still useful to improve your technique and they aid in achieving long-term goals. Learn the lesson from not meeting your goals. Re-evaluate and set them again! Feed from the experience. Listen to your “inner goddess voice” and align your body with your mind. Visualize the exercise. Focus on the body part you are working on. Envision a leaner, more sculpted, YOU! Be your own inner coach! What does your mind think of exercise? Are you excited? Bored and Tired? Then find something else. There are so many options from a gym setting to a home setting. If you are able to enjoy what you are doing – you WILL see the results!
