Nutritional Mistakes Made by Active Women!

1-Replacing all meals with shakes & bars! Enjoy these as a meal replacementsr on a detox program, but don’t forget about real foods! There is no subistute for fresh organic food!

 

2-Living off of “boxed foods” Sure the say they are healthy, “low gycemic” but what about all the CHEMICALS . Your body was not meant to digest these preseervatives and excess sodium – ditch em!

You may lose weight but you won’t have optimum health!

 

3-All vitamins are NOT created equal_ We are so trusitng and belive what we read. Take the time to research what you are putting into your body! This is a unregulated industry which many make false claims about their products.  

4-“I excercise so can eat what I want – wrong! Watch your portion sizes and balnce your diet!

Suggested Ounces

-Chicken – 4 ozs

-potaoto ( referrably sweet) 4 oz

-muffin – 3 ozs

-fish -5 ozs

-apple- 3 inches

 

5-There is NO magic pill!  Avoid the latest diet craze.Just stick the basics, of healthy eating & exercise!!
