Here are three sound choices that you can rely on for accurate information! 

 

1) Nutrition Action Newsletter

  The Centre for Science in the Public Interest (1971) is a  non profit consumer health group. They advocate healthy food labelling, nutritional foods and offer special features on fitness and health.

2) Consumer Reports

Covers all aspects of health, fitness and wellness. They offer special reports and have a great Q& A section.

3) Mayo Clinic Health Letter

Get the latest medical research from Mayo Clinic Doctor's.  They have a great section entitled " Second Opinion" that features readers letters and concerns.
