In 1994, Love formed PLC, and has leveraged twenty-six years of experience as a corporate executive inside a large multinational firm and consultant to Fortune 500 firms as well as small, independent companies and hospitals. Prior to founding PLC, Love spent more than twelve years at Merck & Co., Inc. where she was executive director of human resources (worldwide), a research scientist and clinical researcher.
